How do I register for a trade account?
- Click “Contact Us” at the bottom of the page
- Fill in the required details and submit your application
- Our team will review your application within 3–5 working days
Once approved, you will receive an email to activate your account. After activation, you can log in to view trade pricing.
How do I deactivate my account?
To deactivate your account, please contact us at sales@lamsoon.com.sg.
Once deactivated:
- You will no longer be able to sign in
- Your order history will be permanently deleted
- Any unused promo codes or rewards will be forfeited
Exchanges & Returns
How do I report damaged items?
If you receive damaged items, please contact us at sales@lamsoon.com.sg
within 3 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
All returned items must be in their original packaging.
Can I return my items?
Items sold are non-returnable, unless:
- The goods are damaged upon delivery, or
- An incorrect item or variant was delivered
Pricing & Orders
Why am I still seeing regular pricing?
All customers can browse and place orders. However, trade pricing is only available to verified business accounts. If you do not have a verified account, please submit your details via the Contact Us page. Our team will review your application and notify you once approved.
Account verification typically takes 3–5 working days.
How do I view business partner pricing?
Once your account has been approved, simply log in to view your trade pricing.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices shown are inclusive of 9% GST.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity.
However:
- Free delivery applies for orders above S$150
- A S$25 delivery fee applies for orders below S$150
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Changes are only possible before the order is processed. Please contact us at sales@lamsoon.com.sg as soon as possible after placing your order.
Delivery
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders will be processed and delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order.
Can I choose my delivery date or time?
Delivery scheduling is currently not available.
If you have urgent orders or specific timing requirements (e.g. office closure), please inform us before placing your order, and
we will try to accommodate where possible.
What happens if my order is undelivered?
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, a re-delivery can be arranged upon request.
A re-delivery fee of S$25 will apply.
Can I choose self-collection?
Yes, you may select self-collection at checkout before payment.
How do I change from self-collection to delivery?
Please email us at sales@lamsoon.com.sg to arrange.
- For orders above S$150, delivery will be free
- For orders below S$150, a S$25 delivery fee will apply
Can I deliver to multiple locations?
Free delivery is limited to one location per order. Additional delivery locations will be chargeable.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept PayNow only.
Why are credit cards not accepted?
At the moment, credit card payments are not available due to security and fraud considerations.
