Our Returns / Refunds Policy

    1.0 Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

    • The Product is damaged upon delivery; or
    •  An incorrect item or variant was delivered.

    All returned items must be in their original packaging. Upon receiving the returned Product, we will examine its condition. If the claim is verified, we will either replace the item or provide a refund.

    Any approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

    1.1 Any claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

    1.2 A claim that the quantity of Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered must be notified to us within 1 day from the date of delivery. If no such notification is received, we shall have no liability for the shortfall and the order will be deemed fulfilled.

    1.3 Products are strictly non-returnable for reasons other than those stated in clause 1.0 (e.g. change of mind or dissatisfaction).

    1.4 For approved returns, we will arrange for collection or advise on return arrangements. Return transportation costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
